FAQ’s & FACTS
Most Frequently Asked Questions & Other Facts!

Q. How do I know what type of clients will be attracted to my firm?
A. Members of the general public, seeking legal counsel or representation, perform a search engine query, by typing in a key word or key phrase for recommendation or referral to an attorney or law firm with expertise in a specific practice area.

When landing on RiteLawyer.com, they are prompted to select from a drop down menu of 47 practice-specific areas with some 300 sub-catagories which would best define their legal concern and are prompted to also briefly state their legal problem or concern.

RiteLawyer.com assists your firm in meeting its client acquisition goals ONLY WITH CLIENTS CURRENTLY SEEKING REPRESENTATION OR COUNSEL
IN PRACTICE AREAS YOU CHOOSE!

Q. How do I determine the size of my exclusive territory?
A. You choose from any territories available, (Region, State, County, or Metro Area) the specific practice area(s) you wish.

Q. How do I know RiteLawyer.com will work for my firm ? Am I obligated to a long term contract ?

Q. How many new client inquires will I get each month?
A. Every territory (and every practice area within each territory) will produce a different number of new client leads, inquiries and cases. That is why we offer you the “NO OBLIGATION - FREE TRIAL PERIOD”. You will see for yourself the results!

The advantage we offer, however, is that you will continue to receive new client lead information generated from your area and outside your territory from other areas in your state and region until those areas become the exclusive territory of another Subscriber/Attorney in the future. When you call RiteLawyer.com, be sure to ask how this will benefit you greatly!

Q. How does RiteLawyer.com differ from Martindale Hubbell’s Lawyers.com Thompson West’s Findlaw.com or Lawinfo.com?
A. In all 3 cases, when a member of the public performs a search engine query and lands on one of these competing websites, and selects a legal practice, the site then reveals a directory of dozens of lawyer profiles! Those paying the higher or “premium rate” command a position at or near the top of the list, the others are categorized, variously by geographical location, or simply alphabetically.

Unlike these others, RiteLawyer.com doesn’t pit our Attorney/Subscribers against each other where they must compete or “bid” for the client! The RiteLawyer.com Attorney is granted an exclusive territory for his practice areas and is the only profile or web site revealed, while simultaneously receiving an E-mail report of the client’s need - in real time - with all the contact information and a brief explanation of the clients’ need for counsel or representation.

Note: While Martindale Hubble and Thompson’s West provide valuable services to the legal profession and their names are well-known to lawyers and legal practitioners, the general public is, for the most part, unfamiliar with these companies or their services - and are not , therefore. inclined to choose them over others as an online attorney referral or recommendation service.

Q. How much does an exclusive RiteLawyer.com territory subscription cost for my areas of practice?
A. The cost for available territories depends on the population of the areas you want (whether specified zip codes, entire Metro Area, County, State or region) and the number of practices you choose. The cost comes out at less than $100 per month per 100,000 population and the cost for each additional 250,000 population becomes even progressively less, as the size of the territory increases!

TV Commercials, Radio, Billboards, Newspaper and other “print”Ads, Direct Mail, etc., typically constitutes a much higher cost per lead or cost per new client attracted because of the simple fact that they are methods in which the attorney or law firm is paying to advertise to a non-targeted demographic - people who do not need the services offered!

Online web-based marketing, properly advertised and optimized, is not only much less expensive, but is much more effective because it is being placed right in front of the eyes of the consumer who is actually - at that moment - seeking to become the client of an attorney for counsel or representation.
